We process refunds only upon valid requests and if the following conditions are met:
- Service should be cancelled before the mentioned time.
- Service refund cannot be processed once the time limit is passed or the service is availed.
- Product or order refunds should be informed before item getting shipped. Else re-stocking fee of 30% will be applied to the total amount of order excluding shipping charges before refund.
- Products will be refunded in full if the item does not meet the description given during the order placement.
- Returns can be accepted if the item does not meet the requirement discussed during the order placement.
